We conclude only annual contracts:
Minimum order quantity: 50,000 tons per month.
Maximum order quantity: 300,000 tons per month.
Delivery terms: CIF ASWP
Price: $430/ton.
Payment terms: DLC or SBLC, 100% at buyer's port after SGS.
SPOTS - NO. FOB - NO.

Before negotiations begin and the contract is sent, the buyer must send the seller an official application, a set of documents:
1. client information sheet (cis)
2. icpo + copy of passport + company registration certificate
3. bcl / rwa
4. tsa (port storage agreement)
5. mandate buyer (apostille)
6. ncnda

Very important:
The documents must be fresh, issued no more than 5 days ago.
All documents must be made from the same company and for the same company.
Documents made under a partnership agreement from different companies are not accepted. Financing of the transaction from third parties is not considered.
Documents must be signed by the head of the company personally, and there must be a “wet” seal.
Only documents scanned in color are accepted.
Without simultaneously providing documents to the seller:
• ICPO according to the seller’s personal form with a copy of the color passport and company registration
• TSA Agreement (where to unload UREA at the buyer's port of entry)
• Addressable BCL
